Eve Skinner & Associates (ESA) was established in 2005 with the view to providing a unique service - Consulting Recruitment.

The focus is small and medium expanding entities, which don't have a Human Resources function. We consult and provide tailored solutions to owners, principals and directors, who, in their expansion, recognise people to be critical to their growth.

Eve Skinner works with senior executives (e.g. CEO's, Partners, General Managers) who are working not only in but more essentially on their business. Often they are visionary and are embarking on significant change or expansion of their company. They see employing the right people as being the key to their success.

As the founder of Eve Skinner and Associates, Eve is developing a business that is based on a philosophy of Consultative Professional Service. Recruitment service relies on mere personnel placement. Professional placement is where the employee is the right person in the right job and they help propel the business to its goals.

This is where Eve uses her experience and knowledge to confirm the position profile followed by confirming or developing an ideal candidate profile. Only then does she enter the market by either advertising in the appropriate media or, in scarcity, using targeted search resulting in a candidate being 'head hunted'.

Having held line management positions in Austrade, PKF (Chartered Accountants), Pacific Dunlop and Myer, Eve brings a broad range of management expertise to every assignment. In addition she worked in Executive Recruitment in the world’s leading provider of HR solutions. She can relate to ambitious leaders and decision-makers of businesses that aim to grow. She has 'walked miles in their shoes'. She brings not only her knowledge in management but also her knowledge of the market for people.
